Madonna was married to Penn from 1985 to 1989.
Madonna made a another public declaration of her love for ex-husband Sean Penn, during a charity gala on Friday.
The former couple appeared onstage together during a star-studded gala to raise money for her Raising Malawi charity at Art Basel in Miami.
Standing next to Penn, the Madonna told him: "I'm still in love with you. Yes. In fact, I think I love you more now that we're divorced.”
She then joked that she would marry him again if he bid $150,000 for a necklace, which he did, but was later outbid. Penn also crawled through his ex-wife’s legs, in a effort to raise more money.
Back in January, during Penn’s Help Haiti Home benefit gala, Madonna also professed her love for her former husband.
"I want to say, Sean, that I love you from the moment that I laid eyes on you and I still love you just the same,” she told him. “I just wish you'd stop smoking so many cigarettes.”
During the gala on Friday Madonna also auctioned off the flapper dress she wore during her Rebel Heart tour. The dress was modelled by singer Ariana Grande, who later joined Madonna onstage for a twerking session.
Grande later shared a video of herself on stage with Madonna on Instagram and wrote: “of all the reasons I live for / adore you, your heart is what I am most inspired by. Thank you for having me be a part of such an important evening and for giving giving giving as much as you do.”
