This ticket is sold by an agent for the promoter. Purchase and possession of this ticket and presentation of it to gain entry to the event signifies agreement to the following conditions:
01. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any admission at its discretion, be advised that a strict door policy will apply, no refund shall be paid.
02. No admission to the Event without a valid Ticket. No duplicate will be issued if any Ticket is stolen or lost. No re-admission.
03. Original IDs will be required when buying a drink as alcoholic drinks are forbidden to under 18 . Some sections have an age restrictions, check out the Mix FM site (www.mixfm.com.lb) for details.
04. The Promoter reserves the right to eject from the Venue any Ticket holder for behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, non proper dress code or annoyance or for failure to comply with these conditions or for reasonable requests of the Promoter or for reasons of public safety, no refund shall be paid.
05. Admission to the Venue is at the Ticket holder's own risk and the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever to the Ticket holder for any loss, damage or injury to person or property, except that the Promoter do not seek to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence.
06. You shall comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, rules and regulations while in the Venue or at the Venue entrance.
07. The Artist management and / or Promoter reserve the right to reschedule the Event in case of any force majeure reason. No money will be refunded or Ticket exchanged after purchase unless the Event is cancelled, in case of cancellation of the event, the sales box office percentage is to be deducted from the refund.
08. No alcohol or food are permitted to be brought into the Venue.
09. The Promoter reserves the right to search all persons and property at any time and may refuse admission to or eject from the Venue any person who refuses to be searched or who possesses prohibited items.
10. These conditions shall be governed by any interpreted in accordance with Lebanese Law, and you submit for all purposes in connection with these Conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts. If this Ticket is used in breach of these Conditions, it is void (and in such case, the Promoter reserve the right to cancel this Ticket and to retain any monies paid for it) and the Ticket holder may be refused admission to or ejected from the Venue.
